What we collect, and what we do not.
This website has one form and no advertising. It sets no cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and does not build a profile of you. This page states exactly what happens to a message you send us, and how we treat scientific information you choose to share.

The short version
- We collect nothing from you unless you fill in the contact form.
- What you type there is used to answer you, and for nothing else.
- There is no mailing list, so there is no list to leave.
- We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone for their own purposes.
- You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you, and we will.
What the site collects
If you only read
Nothing is stored in your browser. The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, so there is no consent banner to dismiss — there is nothing to consent to.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes each request in order to serve the page and to protect the site from attack and abuse. That processing includes your IP address and the ordinary technical details of a web request, and it happens for every website behind a content delivery network. We do not use it to identify or profile individual readers.
If you use the contact form
We receive exactly the fields you complete, and nothing more:

The form also carries one hidden field that no person can see, and a measurement of how long the form was open. Both exist to identify automated submissions. Neither tells us anything about you.
Where it goes, and for how long
A submitted enquiry is written to encrypted storage operated by Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to us. The record is stored first and mailed second, so that a mail outage cannot lose a message you took the trouble to write.
Records expire automatically twelve months after they are received. If a conversation becomes a commercial relationship, the correspondence moves into our ordinary business records and is kept as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require.

These are service providers acting on our instructions. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We use no advertising network, no data broker, and no third-party analytics or session-recording product.
Why we are allowed to hold it
You gave it to us in order to be contacted, and answering you is our legitimate interest as a business. If you would rather we did not hold it, tell us and it goes.
Your rights
Wherever you are, we will honour these on request. Depending on where you live, some of them may also be legal entitlements under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or Texas and other United States state privacy laws.
- Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Have anything inaccurate corrected.
- Have everything we hold about you deleted.
- Object to our holding it at all.
Write to info@elyrislab.com. We answer these ourselves, and we aim to do it within thirty days. We will not ask you to prove anything beyond control of the email address the request concerns.
Confidentiality of scientific information
This section matters more than the rest of the page to the people we most expect to hear from.
Please do not send confidential structures, unpublished data, or anything under an existing obligation through this form. It is a web form. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is still the wrong channel for material of that value. Describe the problem instead — a target class, a tissue, a decision you are stuck on — and we will open a proper channel.
What we commit to regardless
Anything you send us that is not public is treated as confidential from the moment it arrives, whether or not an agreement is in place. We do not disclose it, we do not use it to inform work for anyone else, and we will delete it on request.
Any pilot, evaluation or collaboration runs under a separate written agreement executed before data changes hands. That agreement, not this page, governs your data in an engagement.
Customer data inside the LURA platform is isolated per organisation and is never used to train models for another customer. This website and the platform are separate systems; nothing you type into this form enters the platform.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Enquiry records are encrypted at rest by our host and reachable only by an authenticated Elyris Labs operator. Credentials are held in the host's secret store, never in the code of this site, and the site's own source contains no key of any kind.
Children
This is a business-to-business site for pharmaceutical and biotechnology professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our processors operate globally. If you contact us from outside the United States, your message will be processed there. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, our processors' standard contractual clauses apply.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the review date above changes with it. We do not make quiet edits to reduce what we have promised.
