1. Who we are, and what this covers

This website is published by Elyris Labs Inc., a company with its principal place of business in Fort Worth, Texas. These terms govern your use of elyrislab.com and its subdomains.

They do not govern use of the LURA platform. Access to LURA, and any pilot, evaluation or collaboration, is governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement wins.

2. The material here is descriptive

Everything on this site describes what our software does. It is published in good faith and we take accuracy seriously — the method pages state their own limits deliberately, and those statements are part of the claim, not a disclaimer bolted to it.

Even so, the material is general. It is not a specification, not a warranty of performance on your compounds, and not a commitment that any figure shown here will be reproduced on your data. Performance depends on the question asked and the data supplied.

3. It is not medical advice

Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a clinical claim. LURA is a research instrument that informs decisions made by qualified scientists. It is not a medical device, it is not approved by any regulator as one, and it must not be used to make a decision about the care of an identifiable patient.

4. It is not an offer or investment advice

Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, nor is it investment advice. Any forward-looking statement about what we intend to build reflects our present intention, and intentions change as evidence does.

5. What you send us

Do not send confidential material through the contact form. If you do, we will treat it as confidential — see the confidentiality commitment — but a web form is the wrong channel, and using it does not create an agreement between us.

By sending a message you confirm that you are entitled to send it, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that it does not contain personal health information about an identifiable individual. Contacting us does not create a business relationship, a partnership, or an obligation on either side beyond our commitments in the privacy page.

6. Acceptable use

You are welcome to read, quote and link to this site. You may not:

• submit automated, deceptive, or bulk enquiries through the form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, or probe them for weaknesses without our written permission;
• scrape, mirror or republish the site at scale, or use it to train a model, without asking us first;
• use our name, marks or material in a way that suggests we endorse you.

If you believe you have found a security weakness, tell us at info@elyrislab.com. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue to us privately, in good faith, without exploiting it or accessing anyone's data.

7. Ownership

The design, text, engine code, generated imagery and the name Elyris Labs and LURA are ours or our licensors'. The rendering engine behind the landing page derives from open-source work used under the MIT licence and attributed in the repository's NOTICE. You may quote reasonable extracts with attribution; you may not take the design or the code wholesale.

8. Availability

We make no promise that this site is always reachable or free of error, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. It is a website. If it is down, our email is not.

9. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elyris Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, nor for any decision taken in reliance on general descriptive material published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Third-party links

Where we link to someone else's site, we are not responsible for it and the link is not an endorsement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts serving Tarrant County, Texas, have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may seek injunctive relief wherever necessary to protect our confidential information or intellectual property.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms. The review date above changes when we do, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
